Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable team lead for its growing business. We are looking for a motivated candidate, who has experience with TO-GO and Delivery kitchen operations. Candidates must be loyal to ownership and management; and must also possess quick decision-making skills and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise/Lead shift ensuring shift operates at the highest level.
- Deliver a high level of customer service to guests.
- Assist with opening and closing tasks. Open or close with a team.
- Must possess an ability to delegate.
- Accurate and honest cash drawer and tip management.
- Be a menu expert; Follow prep and salad recipe standards.
- Follow proven systems for set-up, stock and close.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional education, training, certificates, or experience may be required.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong task and time management abilities.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc.… for extended periods, and lift 25 lbs.
