Job Brief:
We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate to dispatch our delivery drivers to customer locations. In this role, your duties will include communicating with our customers, planning, adjusting, and scheduling routes based on short and long-time frames.
To ensure success as a delivery dispatcher, you should exhibit experience in dispatching and be very familiar with the geography in areas we deliver to.
Responsibilities:
- Making sure orders are complete before leaving the restaurant.
- Routing multiple deliveries geographically.
Requirements:
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Customer service orientated.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Familiarity of our delivery area.
- basic point-of-service, computer knowledge.
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
