By not posting reviews often, I think it goes to show what kind of service Lucca’s provided in our takeout order. After thinking I had everything in our order, I received a call shortly after my pickup- with the Luccas employee explaining how they had mistakenly forgotten a side salad apart of the order, and delivered it immediately. Means a lot for the small things, definitely will think about Luccas service the next time topic of discussion of customer service comes up.

Friendly, professional and efficient staff. Even when ordering takeout I've had a pleasant exchange. The restaurant is consistently full and buzzing with activity however the hostess was patient and greeted each person with a welcoming smile. The pizza here is delicious, exactly what you'd expect from an Italian restaurant and delivery is prompt. I ate at the bar and the service was great in spite of the fact that the bartender also had to make drinks for seated guests. It may not be ideal for an intimate date as the noise level can be high but there is outside seating which is much quieter. The food was delicious. The grilled calamari was tender and flavorful as were the wings. The minestrone was thin and really oily and lacked flavoring...I wouldn't recommend it.

Was skeptical cause I’m the type to go with what I know. We lived in a Lyons for 4years now and my wife has been wanting to try this place but I always beg to differ. Especially with the prices being a bit higher than our go to spot. 4/12 We gave it a shot and….damn was I surprised. Really good pizza! Double dough sausage and pepperoni was cooked to perfection! Only mishap was in our behalf. We didn’t read the description of the garlic bread, my kids aren’t a fan of mozzarella cheese on their bread. We didn’t think there would be, but description states that and we just didn’t read. Overall 10/10 definitely recommend.
Side note: the bar presentation in the restaurant looked great, one night we might make a date night and give the bar a shot! Thank you

I just moved to the neighborhood and have not found our pizza spot yet. This was my first time ordering and from the moment I ordered until I received my food it was a wonderful experience. The woman on the phone who took my order was incredibly helpful and asked clarifying questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted(the receipt says Jill?). She informed me that the basil would come on the side to ensure the quality and they did not skimp! I am close by and was given a 45 minute wait (which is more than acceptable especially given it’s a Saturday night) but the food arrived in less than 30 piping hot! The delivery driver Jimmy was wonderful and was so kind to myself and my little girl. I typically opt for no contact deliveries but I am glad we had this interaction. We will definitely make a visit in person and will continue to order delivery.

Spectacular! Definitely a top spot in downtown lagrange. The front desk lady & Esmeralda took care of me and my guests that were breaking their fast for Ramadan. They were so considerate & respectful. They had the order rushed for us to be on time for us. The food was fresh & super tasteful. Pizza was delicious & so was the chicken parmigiana. The salad was very tasty with the sauce they had out for us. The vibe is classy & cozy. Wheel chair accessible and plenty of parking around. It was a bit pricey but definitely worth it. The service makes it worth it. Not to mention the place was spotless and clean! I loved it!
